Very first 3 letters: SMR
Fourth letter, unit dimension: BCD EFG HJ
Fifth and sixth digits, ratio code: 05 13 twenty
Seventh digit. signifies assembly: O shaft mounted velocity reducer two flange mount
Eighth digit: signifies output hub bore demanded: 1 typical metric bore. two alternative metric bore.

It backstop are necessary, these needs to be order individually. and should specify the output hub rotation. E.g.: SMR-E2001 complete with backstop. during the input shaft side, the output hub’s rotation is in clockwise.

Backstops
A backstop may be incorporated on applications wherever it is actually needed to protect against reversal of rotation. it’s swiftly set up within the reducer, by basically removing a cover plate
Note: For ratio five: one gear box, backstop don’t proposed.
Flange mounting
SMR situation style and design is such that the reducer might be bolted direct to supporting framework. this flange mounting use of the reducer could allow designers to omit a bearing or pillow block, however it does. not surprisingly. eliminate the easy belt adjustment function characteristic of shaft mount.
Note: Normal SMR gearbox will not drill mount screws. when customer will need these sorts mount, please specify while in
