With conventional sprockets, considerably worn sprocket teeth were repaired by teeth padding or even the entire sprocket was replaced. In both situation, repair was costly and with teeth padding, accuracy was impaired. We produced new sprockets with detachable teeth for independent replacement. This sprocket is highly rated by our customers to the dramatic cost savings in price and time.

The teeth can be replaced by two solutions: person tooth replacement or sectional teeth replacement.
The bolts and nuts used for mounting the teeth on towards the sprocket are spot-welded to stop loosening.

There are two kinds of hubs: cast steel and welded sheet steel hubs. Cast steel hubs are used for big sprockets receiving heavy loads and welded sheet steel hubs for other applications.
